Requirements

• Pursuing BA/BS in Information Technology & Business or equivalent/related degree.
• Junior or Senior standing.
• GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Self-starter with an inquisitive mindset.
• Structured and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated high initiative.
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Power BI.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling or other data science practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation of at least one Power BI dashboard addressing a complex business analytics requirement.
• Replace the legacy Tableau dashboard for our Service Desk with a new one created with Power BI, enhancing and extending the capabilities beyond current features.
• Work alongside the analytics team in addressing the analytics backlog of requests, enhancements, and improvements to the reporting environment.
• Create new training materials, including short to-do videos, data lineage documentation, quick reference guides, and other artifacts as required.
• May be leveraged to do more complex data analysis and modeling to build out predictive analytics based on level of experience and skill.
• Explore geo-spatial analysis and capabilities in Power BI to meet market analysis requests, depending on progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
