About The Position

Responsibilities As a ITSM IT/Cyber Process Developer and Manager with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following: Ensure all Inforation Technology and cyber business processes are documented and executed in accordance with policy. Identifies process issues for improvement, creates and implements new Information Technology or cyber processes to mitigate risks. Maps business process using workflow diagrams, capturing decision metrics, and validating requirements. Evaluate current Information Technology workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop new Information Technology processes and optimize existing ones to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Create detailed Information Technology process documentation and training materials to ensure compliance and facilitate understanding among team members. Track and assess the performance of implemented processes to ensure they meet organizational goals and compliance standards. Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that process improvements align with Inforamation Technology business objectives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and 7+ years of related work experience
  • Requires an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain SAP
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT or cybersecurity experience in roles such as System Administrator, Network Administrator, Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) or other related roles.

Nice To Haves

  • A DoD Directive 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical or Manager Level I certification would be a plus.
  • ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean management or similar would be a plus

  • The salary range for this position is USD $108,100.00/Yr. - USD $180,600.00/Yr.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
