About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for desktop Microsoft Windows in a closed environment, both virtual and physical.
• Manage assigned tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with required SLA levels and escalating issues to higher-level support as necessary.
• Serve as the first level of support for users, addressing desktop-related issues, application problems, and IT-related inquiries including voice and data access.
• Deliver new systems to employees and remove equipment as required, following security protocols.
• Support ongoing projects to replace or upgrade existing IT equipment as needed.
• Assist with RMF and ICD503 compliance as required by security protocols.
• Travel between L3Harris facilities within the Rochester area as needed.
