Your ‘day to day’: The IT Corporate Engagement Director will lead the digital transformation and IT strategy across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and External Affairs in the US. This senior leader will ensure that technology investments and operations align with US business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise-wide digital ambitions. The role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across these critical corporate domains.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Commutable distance to Stamford, CT.
  • Proven ability to influence and align IT strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT solutions, ways of working, enterprise architecture.
  • Knowledge of Finance, P&C, External Affairs, Internal Controls processes in a complex FMCG company with proven ability to oversee the delivery of cross-functional solutions.
  • Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex, abstract challenges and deliver innovative, long-term solutions in a rapidly changing technological environment
  • Skilled in driving adoption and embedding measurable value into enterprise transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various senior stakeholders (including C / VP Level) to define short / mid / long term IT plans and strategies
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, embedding adoption and value into technology-driven initiatives.
  • Lead senior managers in executing technical roadmaps aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Oversee End to end business unit domain, by fostering close collaboration between platform owners, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the technical roadmap.
