The IT Coordinator is a vital position responsible for overseeing all our technological infrastructure while providing essential first-line assistance. This role involves balancing high-level department initiatives with the hands-on support needed to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Supervise the IT Department and coordinate all initiatives and operations.
  • Present required IT projects and progress reports to management.
  • Prepare the facility for the implementation of automation initiatives.
  • Monitor company compliance and manage all security certificates.
  • Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, system software, and configurations.
  • Perform critical data backups and lead disaster recovery operations.
  • Operate master consoles to monitor system performance and coordinate network access.
  • Manage the company phone system and ensure network connectivity for all workstations.
  • Respond to support requests via email, phone, or in person with a helpful attitude.
  • Provide patient guidance when troubleshooting hardware, software, or printer issues.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions based on specific roles.
  • Educate team members on safe cyber practices and identify potential phishing attempts.
  • Utilize SQL for ERP Software Reporting and Dashboards.
  • Create scripts using SQL to update company databases.
  • Oversee the installation and updates for company software on computers and laptops.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or network problems, replacing defective components when necessary.
