About The Position
The IT Contract Performance Analyst plays a critical role in managing IT contract lifecycle activities and supporting vendor governance for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Information Technology Division (ITD). This position serves as the facilitator of IT reviews for all solicitations involving IT components or services and provides consultative support to business units in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with IT and agency standards. Operating independently and collaboratively, the Analyst ensures IT technical reviews are conducted consistently and transparently, leads vendor performance tracking through dashboards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contributes to Fiscal Innovation Team (FIT) initiatives by aligning funding strategies with operational improvement goals. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and understanding of IT governance, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
