About The Position
The IT Cinema Hardware Technician II is responsible for providing day-to-day support for cinema equipment from the IT Hardware Depot and effectively providing repair and replacement services. This position will be required to work within support center support processes, support hardware repair and/or replacement, assist with the management of hardware and software lifecycles, and perform warehousing duties as assigned by the Manager, IT Cinema Hardware.
