About The Position

At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you'll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation. The Modern Delivery Office is looking for a senior product analyst to join the team that is dedicated to improving delivery and operational excellence through adoption and content development across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years related experience, 2+ years Jira experience.
• College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
• Ability to visually design within PowerPoint, Adobe, and/or Camtasia.
• Knowledge of SDLC or technology implementations.
• Experience in creating modern modes of training material such as on-demand training video series.
• Strong change management and program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a complex and matrixed change effort across multiple portfolios.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, influence stakeholders and effectively navigate company politics.
• Ability to create simple visualizations for a diverse internal audience.
• Atlassian Suite experience (JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the adoption of critical enterprise projects by leveraging a change management methodology, process, and tools.
• Assess change impacts by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and stakeholder management.
• Lead and support content development and communication efforts for technology delivery and tools.
• Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
• Document requirements, create videos, develop communications and support the design and delivery to further adoption of new Modern Delivery enhancements and capabilities.
• Thrive in an environment with multi-disciplinary projects, requiring a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions.
