We are looking for a proficient IT Capacity Management/ITSM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with multiple applications onboarding and have a specific set of deliverables around Performance and Capacity Includes Risk and Regulatory Management, Information Security Generalist Skills, Information Security Management.

  • Review technical application documentation to identify potential capacity impacts alongside Markets Production Support owners.
  • Work with Production Support owners to provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
  • Review saturation test results and artifacts (e.g., AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, application logs and Performance Center results) to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits.
  • Minimum experienced greater than 3-5 years of IT Capacity Management.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of mathematical/statistical and quantitative analytics.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL capacity management best practices COBIT framework.
  • Foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing.
  • Infrastructure architecture.
  • ITSM.

  • Splunk.
  • Operating System Performance Measurement Tools (SAR/PerfMon).
