Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
  • PLUS one (1) year of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Requires basic technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system

  • PLUS two (2) year of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Requires working technical knowledge gained through experience within a job area or system

Responsibilities

  • Analyze & Design Solutions: Assess business and information needs to design IT systems that improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Configure & Implement: Set up and deploy business systems and applications to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain & Support: Ensure systems remain reliable through ongoing maintenance and technical support.
  • Test & Validate: Conduct thorough testing to guarantee system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business units and IT partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Analyzes basic business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements
  • Participates in the elicitation, documentation, analysis, and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements
  • Assists in creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Provides assistance in documenting current business processes and models
  • Assists in identifying and evaluating systems and procedures that are cost effective, efficient, reliable, and meet user requirements
  • Executes unit integration and acceptance testing
  • Research components of solutions to problems
