- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- PLUS one (1) year of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.

Responsibilities
- Analyze & Design Solutions: Assess business and information needs to design IT systems that improve efficiency and workflow.
- Configure & Implement: Set up and deploy business systems and applications to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain & Support: Ensure systems remain reliable through ongoing maintenance and technical support.
- Test & Validate: Conduct thorough testing to guarantee system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business units and IT partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Analyzes basic business problems to be solved with automated systems
- Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements
- Participates in the elicitation, documentation, analysis, and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements
- Assists in creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements
- Provides assistance in documenting current business processes and models
- Assists in identifying and evaluating systems and procedures that are cost effective, efficient, reliable, and meet user requirements
- Executes unit integration and acceptance testing
- Research components of solutions to problems
