Identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage. Identify best practices and business systems performance gaps. Identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming. Understand and assess business systems and operations, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending appropriate IT solutions. Ensure proper translation of business requirements into a set of structured business processes, systems, technology, and organization specifications that satisfy the company’s strategic and operational objectives. Identify business opportunities and implications of process (re-)engineering projects. Develop business cases and perform impact analysis, engaging a wide range of stakeholders within business and IT, including third party providers. Persuade senior business managers of the benefits of process change, in situations where there is significant resistance, and likely disruption to business. Lead projects. Direct, establish, and implement policies and procedures to support business applications and infrastructure. Work with business systems colleagues and third-party service providers to analyze the high-level information requirements and information flows required to support better processes. Undertake systems analysis, design, and systems building activities. Designated Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility Manage relationships with business and functional groups, and third party providers as designated point of contact. May be permitted to work from home 2 days per week, must work from employer's office in Charlotte, NC at other times. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of experience with each of the following: SAP IT department and / or SAP consulting positions. SAP Finance areas, technically and operationally. SAP technologies including E-Invoice. IT related systems, including robotic process automation and test script automation. May be permitted to work from home 2 days per week, must work from employer's office in Charlotte, NC at other times. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field (or foreign equivalent)
5 years of experience with SAP IT department and / or SAP consulting positions.
5 years of experience with SAP Finance areas, technically and operationally.
5 years of experience with SAP technologies including E-Invoice.
5 years of experience with IT related systems, including robotic process automation and test script automation.
Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
