Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
0-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related technical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with system analysis methodologies and tools
Knowledge of business process mapping and improvement techniques
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools
Ability to work independently with limited guidance

Responsibilities

Apply diversified technical knowledge and practices to broad assignments across multiple IT business systems
Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures for system analysis
Investigate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform system analysis involving conventional plans, investigations, and surveys
Modify and extend theories, precepts, and practices in the business systems field
Work on assignments with clear objectives requiring investigation of multiple variables
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements
Document system specifications, processes, and recommendations
