About The Position
The County of Riverside's Information Technology Department is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Business Systems Analyst III to join the team in Riverside. The IT Business Systems Analyst III will lead and manage IT projects, with a strong focus on AWS-based initiatives and Microsoft Power Apps solutions, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align with business requirements and project objectives. The Analyst will oversee AWS project implementations, including cloud architecture, migration, and optimization efforts, ensuring best practices and security standards are followed. Additionally, they will leverage Microsoft Power Apps to develop dynamic dashboards and automate business processes, enhancing efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The Analyst will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. They will also prepare and present project status reports and updates to executives and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
