About The Position

As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. The Business Systems Analyst Intern will support a cross-functional team responsible for creating and maintaining the interface used to order Lennox Commercial HVAC units. This highly collaborative role involves data analysis, robust product testing, documentation, and process improvement. Interns will gain exposure to product knowledge, system configuration, and business requirements while supporting New Product Introductions (NPIs) and product updates. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company. Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and audit large data sets.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in an autonomous role.

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with business systems testing, documentation, or project support.
  • Ability to collaborate across IT, marketing, product management, and engineering functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and testing processes.

Responsibilities
