About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager IT Business Solutions to join our Sales Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the technical work intake process across the Sales Technology business function and align those ideas and projects with Sales strategic priorities. This role will serve to translate technical requests from Customer Service, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Training and Sales Marketing into actionable approaches for the purpose of planning and prioritization. A key function of this role is the ability to work cross functionally within the IT organization including the Order to Cash, Warehouse Management Systems, eCommerce, Business Intelligence and EDI teams. This role will have a clear understanding of the needs across these groups and fostering inter-departmental communication and collaboration in service of business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, problem solving and a customer-centric approach.
