About the Team Digital Workplace experience team comprises IT Applications, End User Computing, Unified Communications, Service Management, Software Asset Management, and the Global Operations team. This team is a critical internal support function within Nutanix. While the team has an indirect impact on external Nutanix customers, its core mission is to provide direct support to employees worldwide. The team manages a wide variety of essential functions, including providing and managing employee-facing applications (such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Slack), managing and delivering employee laptops using internal tools, deploying technology in conference rooms across Nutanix offices, and overseeing help desk employees at various sites. The team is widely distributed geographically, spanning across the US, EMEA, APAC, and India. The team operates with a mix of hybrid and remote employees. The average tenure of team members is relatively high, at around 4 years or more. The work culture is outcome-driven, which is how the hiring manager describes their own management style.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model and improve existing processes.
  • Basic knowledge of API and Web Services functionality.
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications, IT infrastructure, and workflow automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or coursework in automation platforms (e.g., Workato) is a plus.
  • Interest in digital transformation and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing IT workflows to identify cost reduction and process optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Workplace Experience team to assess and propose new processes for digital transformation.
  • Develop and deliver a capstone automation project that demonstrates measurable outcomes and efficiency gains.
  • Engage in customer sales activities and support the pre-sales organization through active participation.
  • Create and document technical assets and contribute to the Nutanix knowledge base for process improvement.
  • Participate in training to achieve NCA certification, enhancing technical understanding of Nutanix solutions.
  • Contribute to organizational intelligence through competitive analysis and documentation efforts.
  • Collaborate in team meetings and learn from Subject Matter Experts to map and document existing automation processes.
