The IT Business Partner serves as a strategic liaison between global business leaders and the IT organization, ensuring alignment of technology capabilities with business needs and priorities. This role requires a deep understanding of business objectives and effective portfolio management to prioritize IT demand. The IT Business Partner advocates for business needs while collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape technology solutions that drive business results. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and champion innovation.

  • Act as a Business liaison to ensure alignment of IT activities to Business needs and the demand management process.
  • Communicate effectively with functions/brands while understanding their technological needs.
  • Provide advisory services on technology aspects aligned with the business strategy.
  • Develop relationships with Business representatives at the highest level.
  • Align annual business plans to IT Capability roadmaps and priorities.
  • Understand project requirements and provide high-level estimates for project efforts and costs.
  • Maintain relationships with senior management teams to understand their strategy and IT requirements.
  • Manage the IT portfolio for the business units in your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the business to prioritize demand to improve business value.
  • Elicit high-level requirements for projects from the business.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts in IT to propose solutions that meet business objectives and align with technology roadmaps.
  • Ensure effective project delivery according to cost and timescales.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in change management (4 years preferred).
  • Experience in project coordination (4 years preferred).
  • Experience in HVAC (2 years preferred).
  • Experience in customer relations (2 years preferred).
