About The Position
The IT Business Partner - Commercial will serve as the lead IT resource collaborating with Beam’s Commercial team and other critical functions in support of Beam’s Commercial launch for an autologous ex-vivo gene therapy. The role will be accountable for ensuring all key platforms supporting launch readiness are successfully delivered. This will require managing a small commercial focused IT team, managing external vendors and partnering closely with key business functions including commercial, finance, and technical operations. The role will be responsible for building trusted relationships, ensuring solutions are built to IT standards and best practices and will be a mix of strategy, design, hands-on work and operational activity. You will play a key role in both the implementation of new solutions and the enhancement of existing solutions to support Commercial readiness. This position will report to the SVP, IT.
