About The Position

This role is for an IT Business Operations Manager within a centralized team of Business Operations professionals supporting segments within Global IT at Intel. The team is responsible for establishing consistent strategies and practices executed in partnership with segment leadership. Business Operations Managers partner closely with General Managers to ensure financial discipline and consistency across Global IT. The role focuses on driving operational excellence and strategic impact, optimizing processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and empowering cross-functional teams to achieve results that support Intel's mission. It sits at the critical intersection of business strategy, operational health, and organizational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience in organizational communication, including developing and presenting analytical data to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with business data and analytics
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Intel product lines, business strategies, and supply chain processes
  • Experience with Intel's financial planning methodologies
  • Project management experience
  • IT and financial background are highly advantageous
  • Experience with specialized tools: (e.g. Prognos, BPC, MDG, Ariba, HAT, DARC) reporting

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities while serving as primary liaison between group management, peer operations teams, and corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal)
  • Lead health-of-business reviews with senior leadership to maintain strategic alignment between programs, technical solutions, and roadmaps within budget parameters
  • Collaborate with segment leadership on Planning of Record (POR) development and ensure high-quality financial reporting
  • Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities while enhancing productivity across sales, engineering, finance, compliance, and operations
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process standardization for enhanced efficiency and scalability
  • Leverage internal and external research to solve complex operational challenges through data-driven solutions
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior management on people-related issues and facilitate informed decision-making in compliance with corporate policies
  • Develop and implement recognition programs and employee engagement strategies to build a motivated, high-performing workforce
  • Manage hiring coordination with Centralized Hiring Team while monitoring requisition compliance with POR requirements
  • Deliver analytical insights and presentations to senior leaders and large audiences
  • Own deliverables and drive measurable outcomes as individual contributor or team leader
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision making
