Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree (B. A./B. S.) or equivalent in Business Operations and Management.
  • 4+ years' related accounting experience with progressive responsibility, especially with exposure to international and commercial operations.
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Possesses critical thinking skills to synthesize scenarios and diverse perspectives to problem solving.
  • Demonstrated statistical and quantitative skills. Able to quickly analyze and integrate information from relevant and sometimes disparate sources.
  • Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually suggesting improvement of internal processes.
  • Business Development Acumen: Understanding of applications inherent within the MS Stack of business enablement products.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Business Partner/Effective Communicator: Keen sense of prioritization with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, complex, and scaling environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own alignment of IT services and initiatives to business strategy and outcomes; develop and maintain the IT service portfolio and business-value statements used for investment, prioritization and stakeholder negotiation.
  • Manage vendor contract and sourcing activities for assigned services: negotiate commercial terms, monitor contract deliverables, run vendor performance reviews and maintain vendor risk/continuity plans.
  • The Business manager is responsible for the ITSS budget, handling a mix of IT business management, supplier management, financial management, strategic planning, and cross-department coordination.
  • Co-lead sourcing and procurement strategy for critical technology, ensuring IT–OT alignment.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial & vendor management strategies that align with ITSS’ goals. This includes analyzing financial data, forecasting performance, and creating budgets to guide spending and investment decisions.
  • Define and report measurable success metrics (e.g., sourcing/contracting cycle time, vendor performance scorecards, realized cost reduction,) and use them to guide continuous improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Responsible for preparing accurate financial statements and reports that reflect the organization's financial status.
  • Budget Management: Create and oversee budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated and tracked effectively. Assess past financial performance to inform future budgets and monitor spending to stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to ITSS leadership based on financial analysis. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring that ITSS adheres to corporate regulations and standards is a critical duty. Maintain transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Supervise IT business team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial & supplier management within ITSS.
  • Lead delivery of IT Business agentic AI solutions, working closely with engineering, security, and business teams to identify use cases, manage priorities, and ensure solutions are rolled out effectively and securely.
  • Run an IT talent incubator program, including recruitment, onboarding, and developing early-career talent; provide mentorship, track progress, and help build a strong pipeline aligned to program needs.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of ITSS finances, supplier and vendor management
  • Monitor and analyze financial data and create financial models for ITSS decision support
  • Develop and implement ITSS budget & vendor controls and processes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports including budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, IT policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
  • Advise on long-term ITSS business, supplier/vendor and financial planning
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
  • Present financial reports to ITSS leadership, stakeholders, and business advisory partners in formal meetings
  • Recommend short- and long-range operating objectives for IT team and suggest methods to streamline both the process and the method of its delivery
