About The Position
Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location. The role involves performing requirement analysis and recommending alternative solutions in terms of system design. The analyst will design, implement, and deploy software applications, interact with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements, and complete logical data models of the business requirements. The position requires providing complete data flow of system design using enterprise-related diagrams and unified modeling languages for structure diagrams, including class, sequence, and activity diagrams. The analyst will participate in design and code reviews, ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined solutions, and identify and troubleshoot application code related issues and data quality issues. Additionally, the role includes designing, developing, and executing business test case scenarios for system integration testing, UAT testing, and regression testing. The analyst will create test scenarios, review test results, and provide expertise-related data, feedback, and suggestions. They will also review project and program test results with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and operations users, obtaining signoffs on new functionalities and changes before deploying them in production. The analyst will demonstrate test results to business stakeholders and provide consulting regarding the usage of functionality in production. The role requires querying data on various databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and PL/SQL for backend financial data and providing root cause analyses for issues. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
