About The Position
Citibank, N.A seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location. The role involves developing creative technical solutions to meet business needs and managing complex, high-volume applications in partnership with Business and Operations stakeholders. The analyst will manage multiple workstreams and applications across geographies for the Regulatory domain, review business requirements, determine scope, and define user stories for impacted application groups. Responsibilities include identifying and communicating risks and impacts, proposing risk mitigation options, and managing individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, coordination, and execution of plans within required timelines and budget. The analyst will contribute to the ideation of strategies and processes for the product roadmap, provide in-depth analyses to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic functional decisions. Additionally, the role involves evaluating new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommending appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements, reviewing project deliverables for quality standards, and may allow for a telecommuting/hybrid work schedule within a commutable distance from the worksite.
