About The Position

The IT Business Intelligence & Data Analyst Level I position is primarily responsible for providing technical solutions and reporting for the Office of the Registrar at North Carolina A&T State University. This role involves diagnostics and maintenance of supported systems, technical support for various applications, and generating scripts and reports to assist the Registrar's Office in maintaining accurate academic records.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Science) or a bachelor's degree with two or more years of experience in business application consulting or development.
• 12-24 months of experience working within an Office of the Registrar.
• All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience with Banner Student, Workflow, WebFOCUS, Degree Works, and UNC Online.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and reporting for the Office of the Registrar.
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance of supported systems.
• Offer technical support for Student Banner, Workflow, WebFocus, Degree Works, and Online graduation application.
• Generate scripts and reports for the Registrar's Office.
