About The Position

As an IT Business Consultant, you will support implementations for the DNA platform by designing, developing, and configuring forms, documents, media, and archival solutions. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional implementation teams to deliver accurate configuration and deployment outcomes. This role is important to successful client onboarding and to the effective implementation of DNA core banking software.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting, implementation, or technical support for enterprise application systems, document solutions, or banking technology platforms
  • 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, or supporting forms, document media, and archival solutions in client-facing or implementation environments
  • 4+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows workstations and servers, printers, peripherals, and related technical environments
  • 4+ years of experience working with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, including SQL querying or development
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, HTML5, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to support document design, formatting, or delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DNA from Fiserv implementations
  • Experience with WMF technology or Nexus Evolution software
  • Experience with Nautilus from Fiserv, Hyland OnBase enterprise content management, or similar document management platforms
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, Wolters Kluwer, or Ascensus forms modules

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop forms, documents, and print or digital media solutions for client implementations on the DNA platform
  • Configure forms media, document workflows, and archival components to support client requirements and implementation timelines
  • Partner with clients, implementation teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and resolve configuration issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows-based workstation and server environments, printer and peripheral setup, and client-server document delivery issues
  • Support implementation projects and professional services engagements by preparing, testing, and deploying forms and document solutions
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, and client-facing communications to support delivery quality and knowledge transfer
