About The Position
Starr Insurance Companies is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the newly established Twin Maples division, which specializes in the Broker Wholesale space. This position is crucial for providing extensive business analysis support for the development and maintenance of Twin Maples Underwriting applications. The IT Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, and other IT Business Analysts to contribute to the product strategy on various challenging initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of user requirements, the ability to create Features/User Stories using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the development of mockups and data mappings. The candidate will also coordinate integration points and assist in testing as needed. Furthermore, the IT Business Analyst will provide maintenance and support for assigned production applications and will interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from analysts to senior management across multiple departments.
