About The Position

As a Business Analyst (BA), you will play a key role in connecting business stakeholders with the IT organization, ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs and drive meaningful outcomes. You will bring a deep understanding of the business areas you support, along with a strong grasp of modern technology trends, including artificial intelligence (AI). In this role, you will take full ownership of the requirements engineering process, working independently to guide projects from discovery through delivery.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of business areas and modern technology trends, including AI.
• Experience in requirements engineering and project management.
• Strong documentation skills, including user personas, process flows, and journey maps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Experience with platforms like Figma for prototyping user-friendly solutions.
