Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring the candidate to be onsite three days a week. The primary responsibility of the Senior Business Analyst will be to actively manage the product lifecycle in support of the development team on the APS contract. This role necessitates effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey complex technical and business concepts and requirements clearly. In this role, you will define customer needs within both technical and business contexts. You will be responsible for documenting business requirements, developing user stories, and detailing acceptance criteria to ensure that the proposed technical and business solutions align with the customer's objectives. Additionally, you will provide guidance in planning and prioritizing business analysis activities to support large, high-visibility projects and initiatives. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will also mentor less experienced staff, ensuring they remain focused on meeting customer requirements and expectations.
