Requirements
- 8–10 years as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong documentation and requirement elicitation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail, banking, or enterprise IT projects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Bridge the gap between business teams and technical teams.
- Support testing, UAT, and change management processes.
- Work in Agile Scrum environments.
