Job Description Job Title: IT Business Analyst Job Duties: - Define business processes and gather requirements to modernize legacy HR systems to cloud-based solutions like Workday HCM and integration. - Configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Performance modules and implement testing strategies. - Develop complex reports for system broken link identification and integration version updates. - Build data conversion strategy from POS systems to ERP applications. - Design and develop a global security framework, including domain and business security policies for Workday HR Module. - Create links between business objects to build calculated fields and evaluate expressions. - Proficiently handle FLSA requirements, Payroll, and absence engine calculations. - Arrange tenant and localization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules. - Build BRIT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism with various prism functions. - Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality. - Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira. - Utilize tools and utilities: HCM, WMS, WSDL, CSS3, XML, XSLT, SOAP, UIA Engine, Kafka build, Oxygen, GIT. Other: Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within the U.S.
