The IT Business Analyst at Nissha Medical Technologies will play a crucial role in supporting business applications across global sites. This position involves acting as a liaison between the technical team and business users, ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered on time. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, maintaining documentation, and supporting system configurations, while also participating in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Bridge the gap between business and technical solutions by collecting business needs and documenting clear business requirements.
  • Maintain business requirements throughout the delivery cycle, incorporating changes as they arise.
  • Act as an interface between the business and IT team throughout the delivery life cycle.
  • Support and complete system configuration for implementations and application maintenance activities.
  • Follow documentation and change management guidelines to ensure business application changes are approved and controlled.
  • Support the resolution of issues reported by the business, working with internal partners or external vendors.
  • Participate in multiple initiatives simultaneously, including site implementations and enhancement requests.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts to ensure delivery of business needs while capturing supporting artifacts.
  • Perform software testing for business applications and work with appropriate teams to resolve findings.
  • Build upon application knowledge and develop/maintain SME level knowledge within assigned applications/modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business or Public Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst, or systems project manager.
  • Experience writing business requirements and business process mapping for multiple business functions.
  • Experience in execution of software testing and development of test plans/cases.
  • Ability to initiate, maintain, and develop relationships.
  • Some international and domestic travel is required.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, ROBAR, or RFGen.
  • Functional business experience in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance operations.
  • Prior system development and package implementation experience using a formal methodology (SDLC, Agile, etc.).
  • Project management and system integrator vendor management experience.
