About The Position
The IT/AV Technician at LECOM at Seton Hill is responsible for providing technical support and customer service to students, faculty, and staff. This role involves managing the IT Help Desk operations, supporting AV equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. The technician will handle equipment procurement, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, while also leading new instructional technology projects.
