About The Position

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an experienced IT Auditor at the Lead or Manager level for a project-based engagement. This contract role is fully-remote. This professional will play a key role in planning, executing, and reviewing IT audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
5+ years of relevant IT Audit experience within financial services
Proven experience in audit project planning, execution, and review at a Lead or Manager level.
Familiarity with risk-based audit methodologies and industry best practices.
Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of IT audit projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Participate in audit project planning, execution and review.
Perform testing of IT controls, including application, infrastructure, and cybersecurity controls.
Review audit workpapers and findings prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and Compliance to address audit issues and recommend remediation.
Develop and maintain audit documentation, including risk assessments, test plans, and reporting deliverables.
