In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival Corporation, we are seeking an IT Audit Manager (RAAS Manager) to bring fresh insights and expertise to our Corporate department. Role Overview This pivotal role will involve: Acting as the primary IT audit liaison for Carnival UK within Risk Advisory Assurance Services (RAAS). Developing and executing audits across various areas of risk, including system implementation assurance, security reviews, and IT process reviews. Leading key meetings between RAAS and management stakeholders across the global Corporation. Overseeing SOX compliance IT assessments at Carnival UK and other Brands as assigned, including testing and remediation. This role is positioned at CUK07 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. Occasional travel is limited but expected, with the possibility of visits to ships, other corporate locations, or attendance at global RAAS events when required. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT audit, ideally from Big Four or large internal audit environments, with proven ability to design and execute end-to-end audit programs.
  • Deep knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001) and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Strong technical understanding of diverse IT systems, including cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging technology risks.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CIA, and proficiency in leveraging data analytics and audit tools to enhance audit effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to synthesize complex technical information for senior stakeholders and board-level reporting.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to align IT audit activities with business objectives and emerging risks.
  • High integrity and resilience when navigating sensitive topics with senior leadership and driving change across complex organizations.
  • Adaptability and proactive engagement in dynamic environments undergoing significant IT modernization.
