As an IT Associate, your role involves providing day-to-day operational support for existing infrastructure services and desktop systems. This includes tasks such as backup and restore processes, tape handling, inventory management, and maintaining service ticket records. Additionally, youll monitor and maintain infrastructure software platforms, manage user/password compliance for manufacturing/laboratory system, and oversee the companys IT network, servers, and security systems. Your responsibilities extend to investigating network issues, collecting usage statistics, recommending system improvements, and performing routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. Collaborating with relevant teams to address incidents and create viable workarounds is also part of your service delivery responsibilities.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for existing infrastructure services and desktop support. This includes tasks such as backup and restore, tape handling, inventory management, and maintaining service ticket records.
  • Monitor, support, and maintain infrastructure software platforms, including server/client operating systems, reporting platforms, VPN, and other software-based systems. Additionally, manage user/password compliance (21 CFR Part 11) for manufacturing/laboratory system and review related activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining the companys IT network, servers, and security systems. Duties include investigating and diagnosing network issues, collecting IT usage statistics, making recommendations for system improvements, and performing routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.   • Develop operational, installation, configuration, and upgrade documentation for communication systems, hardware, network security, storage, software, and other computer-related systems. Collaborate with relevant teams to create corrective actions or viable workarounds for incident resolution, including third-party involvement when necessary.
  • Bachelors degree in an Information Technology-related field (minimum four years of study). (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Help Desk.
  • A minimum of three years experience in managing server infrastructures and data center operations.
  • Proficient with Windows servers.
  • Skilled in system and network configuration, systems installation, and upgrades.
  • Familiar with LAN/WAN networking.
  • Experienced in SAN and database administration.
  • Proficient in IT helpdesk operations and technical support.
  • Capable of managing and supporting equipment validation/qualification (CSV).
  • Ability to manage complex projects.
  • Competence in overseeing a small data center.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adherence to project timelines and completion targets.
  • Relevant certifications would be advantageous.
  • CompTIA A+ (Preferred)
  • CompTIA Network+ (Preferred)
