About The Position

This is a part-time seasonal position open until 10/22/25 or until filled, offering $21 an hour. The role involves providing level 1 & 2 support for all point-of-sale system issues, implementing improvements, conducting stadium walk-throughs to ensure operational systems during events, and replacing defective hardware. The position requires diagnosing software, firmware, and hardware errors, while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhering to all standards and practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate degree
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Knowledge in CAT5/6 crimping in different cable configurations
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and timely
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including operating systems and office systems
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with POS systems including MyVenue, SpotOn, Appetize POS, and Tapin2

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary
  • Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
  • Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events
  • Replace defective hardware before, during and after events
  • Diagnose software, firmware & hardware errors and breakage
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices
