Candidate should look to improve existing operations for the company, employees and guests, through innovative ideas and suggestions using various technologies. This position reports to the Information Technology Manager. This position is available for internship credit. We are currently looking for a: Noah's Ark - IT Assistant - Seasonal

Requirements

  • Must be able to do basic arithmetic and having knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • Must be able to operate a personal computer and the software packages used by Noah’s Ark
  • Must be able to accurately account for tickets, coupons, and other controlled materials
  • Must be able to print and analyze daily reports and logs so that errors may be detected and corrections made
  • Ability to follow and accomplish instructions and procedures safely while operating cash handling equipment
  • Maintain confidentiality of park operations and revenue at all times

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining Ticketing POS, Food & Beverage POS, Time & Attendance and Payroll systems.
  • Use daily and seasonal checklists to maintain systems and track preventative maintenance.
  • Support park wide audio and paging systems.
  • Must be punctual, responsible and flexible to support operations schedule.
  • Provide internal help desk support for PC, POS, and software users.
  • Answer questions or resolve computer problems for staff in person, via telephone or from remote locations.
  • Maintain documentation of procedures and policies pertaining to network infrastructure, hardware/software and wiring diagrams.
  • The employee will help start galaxy systems when they go down along with ingenico credit card processing systems.
