About The Position

The IT Asset Specialist – Intern will assist with configuring, shipping, and tracking IT hardware inventory to ensure accurate asset management. This role supports the deployment and recovery of systems for employees and coordinates with the service desk to maintain equipment stock for new hires. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists with administrative support and research of special projects. Performs other duties as assigned, such as maintaining asset inventory and ServiceNow, configuring and shipping hardware, coordinating with vendors for pricing and stock levels, and assisting IT staff with physical inventory and process improvements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • None required
  • High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work as a self-starter
  • Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally
  • General computer skills including Microsoft office
