  • Ensure operational asset management alignment across regional field support teams in EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
  • Coordinate global project deliverables including end user device refresh, security patching, and OS upgrades.
  • Manage the budget for hardware and software procurement and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and implement policy for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Establish automated processes for asset registration, allocation, returns, and disposals.
  • Oversee the procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of hardware assets.
  • Create and manage the annual budget for assets, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Forecast future asset requirements and costs based on business growth.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source assets from approved vendors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global coordination of assets and IT projects.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure regional teams meet deliverables.
  • Work closely with IT, finance, and regional teams to align asset management activities.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to address end user needs and escalations.
  • Develop and provide regular reports on asset status and performance to senior management.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
  • Continuously evaluate asset management processes for efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • 5+ years of experience in ITIL aligned disciplines in a management capacity.
  • Demonstrable experience in establishing IT Asset Management or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing end user devices at a global scale.
  • Experience using asset management tools and systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with ITIL process design & implementation.
  • Ability to keep the team updated on strategic initiatives.
  • Experience operating in IT management roles in the financial services industry.
