Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated IT asset management, procurement, or vendor management role.
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management strategy and reporting
- Leadership experience managing direct reports
- Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Ability to translate asset data into business value
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, and licensing
- Manage and develop a small team, including an asset specialist and contractor
- Build and maintain asset tracking, reporting, and forecasting frameworks
- Deliver executive-level KPI and cost-optimization reporting
- Partner with technology and business leaders to improve service delivery
- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Drive continual improvement in IT asset processes and tools
