The IT Asset Manager manages and monitors the IT Asset Management system to ensure that IT asset data is captured accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner within Service Now Asset Module and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The IT Asset Manager will be responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of software and IT hardware at Community Health Network.

  • Manage and monitor the IT Asset Management system.
  • Ensure accurate recording and timely updates of IT asset data within Service Now Asset Module and CMDB.
  • Oversee daily and long-term strategic management of software and IT hardware.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing hardware assets.
  • Four (4) years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the Healthcare IT preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT Hardware and software included in Asset Management program.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft products such as Windows, Office, and SCCM.
  • Strong understanding of Network infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hardware and Software acquisitions, Asset Lifecycle Processes, ITAM analysis and technical support for procurement decisions of new licenses/software/hardware and renewal of recurring licensing/warranty requirements.
