Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in business, business administration, or IT preferred, OR • Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in an administrative role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Workday • Preferred experience in IT administration, understanding compliance standards, budgeting, and IT security practices • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity • Ability to ensure data accuracy, analyze data, and interpret trends • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to anticipate needs, address issues and solve problems • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Essential Responsibilities: Lead strategic vendor management efforts, including contract evaluations, renewal negotiations, risk assessments, and performance reviews to ensure value and compliance. Coordinate with the Easterseals Contract team to track IT-related subscriptions (support agreements, applications, domains, SSL certificates). Ensure timely termination of user access for non-automated scenarios. Manage accurate asset inventory and update records regularly. Partner with Finance to forecast, manage, and optimize IT subscription budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating financial risk associated with renewals and vendor contracts. Develop and present analytical reports and recommendations on license compliance, renewal timelines, and budget variances to support leadership decision-making. Serve as a key contributor to internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to IT security, access control, and regulatory compliance standards while proactively identifying and addressing gaps. Perform quarterly user access audits for agency applications Facilitates the protection of agency resources through regular access reviews. Drive continuous improvement of IAM processes, particularly during user offboarding and role changes, to strengthen security posture and operational efficiency. Assist in scheduling and tracking service support activities. Maintain documentation for IT processes, vendor agreements, and service-level commitments. Own the lifecycle management of IT compliance policies, including proactive review, updates, and renewals to align with evolving regulatory, security, and organizational requirements. Monitor, respond, and report on incidents submitted to the IT Help Desk Line and email. Adheres to department and agency policies in regard to maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information.
