IT Architect The Staff Architect is responsible for the design, deployment, and management of IT Infrastructure supporting business operations. This position would be responsible for directing daily operational processes to maintain system availability and performance. Additionally, the IT Architect would be responsible for contributing towards technical roadmaps and process improvements required to drive business operations. Essential Functions Take direction and work with Staff Architects in the design and implementation of IT Infrastructure. Lead daily operational support processes including monitoring, patching, and data replication. Develop departmental architecture design and integration with existing IT infrastructure. Lead deployment strategies for new technologies and refresh of existing systems. Develop Strategic goals and align to existing IT infrastructure Align departmental goals and objectives with business requirements. Act as role model for administrative staff, ensuring department processes and company policies are adhered to. Provide input to departmental staff development plans. Track departmental budget expenses. Oversee departmental project execution to ensure goals and schedules are met. Provide status updates to IT Management team, keeping Managers apprised on operational and project status and issues. Requirements

  • 6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 4 Years – Experience in Position
  • 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Responsibilities
