Summary: The IT Architect – Incentives (covering customer rebates, vendor incentives, contracts, and chargebacks) is responsible for designing and integrating enterprise-wide technology solutions that support incentive programs. This role requires an architect with strong technical and design skills who can translate complex business requirements into innovative, scalable, and secure solutions across SAP and SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies, real-time data streaming, and AI-driven automation.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT architecture or related technical role
  • Familiarity with incentive program concepts (customer rebates, vendor incentives, contracts, chargebacks).
  • Basic understanding of SAP and SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure, Snowflake, and Kafka.
  • Ability to learn and apply architectural principles to enterprise systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining architectural strategies for incentive systems and ensure integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Support development of architectural plans and documentation for applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and help translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to alignment of IT solutions with business goals.
  • Participate in deployments using GitHub and assist with integration across SaaS products.
  • Help build reporting capabilities using Kafka and Snowflake.
  • Provide support for database operations and coordinate with technical teams as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements for new processes.
