About The Position

If your idea of “managing technology” goes beyond keeping the lights on and resetting passwords — we’re already on the same page. You’ve seen it before: business leaders frustrated with clunky tools, applications that don’t talk to each other, and strategies that look great on paper but never connect to the real work. At Wisenbaker, we believe technology should be a growth engine — not a roadblock. We’re looking for someone who can turn applications management into more than just maintenance. Someone who sees the big picture, bridges business and tech, and is ready to lead solutions that actually move the company forward. This is an opportunity for an emerging leader with 2–5 years of experience who’s ready to step up, stretch their skills, and take ownership of enterprise-level technology initiatives — including AI, Machine Learning, and data strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in applications management, business analysis, or related tech roles.
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A solid grasp of application lifecycle management (ALM) and how to keep tools effective, secure, and scalable.
  • Curiosity and excitement about emerging tech — especially AI and Machine Learning.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and translating between business and IT.
  • Familiarity with databases, data governance, and analytics frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Translating business needs into technology solutions that deliver results.
  • Helping build and present the applications strategy roadmap to senior leadership.
  • Leading end-to-end management of new applications and technology rollouts — from planning to delivery.
  • Partnering with data scientists and engineers on AI/ML initiatives, shaping data requirements and outcomes.
  • Supporting the company’s data lake and warehouse strategies, ensuring secure and scalable growth.
  • Acting as the point person for key platforms (SharePoint, Teams, and beyond) — keeping them stable, secure, and evolving.
  • Managing third-party vendors, contracts, and service agreements to get the most out of our partnerships.
  • Driving process improvements across the business by leveraging the right technology at the right time.
