The position is within the Kp.org Account and Access Management team, part of the Business Capabilities Engineering (BCE) in ITSO - Digital Technologies. The role focuses on enhancing digital access to healthcare services through features like registration, authentication, and account recovery. The authentication module ensures secure sign-in across digital channels, while the account recovery module provides self-service tools for users. The role also involves managing proxy access for family members, allowing caregivers to manage healthcare needs for their loved ones. Additionally, the position enhances member experience through customized profile management and streamlined workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The individual will be responsible for translating business requirements into software solutions and providing consultation to ensure the development of effective software solutions.

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with internal customers and third-party vendors.
  • Review and validate technical specifications and documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects and/or software consultants to ensure functional specifications are converted into maintainable solution designs.
  • Provide implementation and post-implementation support of business software solutions.
  • Develop and execute unit testing to identify application errors and ensure software solutions meet functional specifications.
  • Write technical specifications and documentation.
  • Ensure new and existing software solutions are developed with insight into industry best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and train other technical resources to develop software applications.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
  • Minimum one (1) year in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
  • Minimum six (6) years experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
