The Application Engineer I is responsible for providing foundational technical support for enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, UKG Dimensions, and related systems. Operating under the supervision of the immediate supervisor and department director, this role supports the implementation and maintenance of business solutions through a structured change management process. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, process design, development, testing, documentation, promotion, and solution maintenance. The role also involves using vendor-provided tools to develop reports and dashboards, manage integrations, configure flex fields and fast formulas, maintain system security, and perform data extraction and loading tasks.
