About The Position
The Application Analyst serves as the primary interface between business partners and technology teams to deliver scalable technical solutions that align with business initiatives. The Application Analyst plays key roles across many disciplines within the software systems support lifecycle, including keeping the lights on (KTLO), SOP documentation, troubleshooting analysis, solution design, and testing. The Application Analyst is responsible for aligning application enhancements with technology and business strategies.
