About The Position

Manages all applications systems analysis activities for two to three established teams, ensuring that tasks are carried out in accordance with the work schedule and application development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eight years of applications experience in the relevant technology environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent understanding and application of technologies within the department.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Knowledge of patient data and healthcare applications.

Nice To Haves

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience.
• Experience with client-server components in application development.

Responsibilities

• Manage applications systems analysis activities for multiple teams.
• Ensure tasks are completed according to work schedules and development standards.

• Define problem statements and alternative solutions in collaboration with customers and IT staff.
• Create plans for multi-dimensional and strategic projects.
• Reengineer business processes and assess their impact on operations and technologies.
• Prepare specifications and architecture/design documentation for complex applications.
• Support and develop complex applications across various technologies.
