Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Excellent understanding and application of technologies within the department.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Knowledge of patient data and healthcare applications.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience.
Experience with client-server components in application development.
