About The Position

Processes EDI file transfers and reports Reports on data loads, payments posted, errors reconciliation and other issues Work with client’s IT personnel to coordinate testing and support of connectivity to our systems Works with IT to QA processes Works with Service desk on PC support and assisting managers with requests Working in Business Operating Platform to test processes and loads

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years working in data processing and systems support
• Proficiency supporting Windows and Microsoft Applications in a corporate environment
• Experience working with an accounting, collections, or other systems
• Proficiency working with remote connectivity
• Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Prior EDI or Data management experience is a plus!
• Excellent Customer Service Experience
• Comfort working in multiple systems
