Analyze business requirements for alignment with technology architecture, technology infrastructure design, and technology selection decisions to assist clients with designing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Focus on advising clients on Life and Annuities technology solutions and services to help identify, assess, manage, and measure the organization's capabilities. Assist clients with all phases of the technology enablement life cycle, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, and system design and interfacing requirements. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
